We employ teachers on the basis of their experience and qualifications, but perhaps more importantly on the outcome of initial interview.

Once the successful candidate has completed the interviewing process
we offer a full training course
which is
completely free of charge
and includes
demonstration lessons

lesson planning
sessions

teaching techniques
and
business language training.
We generally offer successful candidates a trial period of employment (usually lasting a month) during which both sides are able to assess the situation. We employ staff on a full and part time basis both under contract and on freelance terms.
We employ mother tongue teachers with a recognized qualification in
Teaching English as Foreign Language
(Usually the
RSA CELTA
or a
Trinity College equivalent
with teaching practice) and ideally two years practical experience in teaching both
general and business English
. We are also very interested in those candidates who can offer
previous professional experience
or who have developed a particular
specialization in their teaching

Computer Aided Learning

We use a comprehensive range of resources and encourage teachers to develop their own particular abilities within a broad framework of the four skill areas. Teachers are provided with every opportunity to try out and experiment with a wide variety materials. Video and multimedia play an important role in our courses and regularly organized teachers-centred workshops allow our staff both the share ideas and develop their own teaching techniques.
